Past programs had a very reserved look and to us didn't capture the celebratory nature of the event. So out with the stately brown and in with the ebullient color palette!

As befitting to such an honor, each medalist is given a robustly graphic sequence of pages dedicated to their work, including a double spread foldout section that allows the small program to expand into an appropriately sized visual showcase.

The program is littered with fun and interactive asides, including opportunities to nominate future medalists, rate the event overall, a separate card on which to write a thank you note to the event sponsors, and even a Mad Lib to do with that person you don't know sitting across from you.
